Every great self-development teaching has said that our external world is a direct reflection of our inner world, which means if we’re having a terrible experience externally, it has something to do with what’s going on inside of us.
A perfect example of this would be dropping your phone on the sidewalk and cracking the screen on your way to work.
Some people let it happen, feel the frustration, and move forward…
Others (the majority of people), let it ruin their entire day…
Or, think about a time you've received some bad news… sometimes it’s hard to think of anything else besides how it made you feel.
Therefore, anything you internalize, you make into a part of your internal world, and in doing so, that very thing manifests in your outer world.
Doing this long enough creates a life that isn’t as fulfilling as you want it to be, causing your Root Chakra to block.
