Foundations of Health to thrive

Born and raised in Santa Barbara,California into a dysfunctional family in the 1950’s with two brothers and a sister each a year apart and born to parents with difficult life challenges. A confusing childhood filled with alcoholism, neglect , Parental mental illness, abandonment, in and out of foster-homes and being tossed here and there with different relatives left me confused and striving to understand what this world was, who I am and why I'm here? Ended up as a single parent at 19 y/o age on my own after high school. Worked as a nurse's aid many years from high school to college, then divine timing and a wonderful counselor from Ventura City College helped me graduate with my ADN. Fortunately , I was mentored and positively influenced by the one consistent relationship, “aunt Wilhelmina” who also was a registered nurse. “I am thankfully she was able to convince me that nursing was a worthy path.” A single parent at 20 she began taking her prerequisites and aquired her Assoc. degree in nursing in 1983. She received training from Santa Monica Community Hospital and worked in critical care units all over the Tri-County area for 35 yrs. “ It was always troublesome to work on medical floors and have my days work filled with pushing pills, ” the typical patients suffering from chronic disease’s and watching for the side effects that would ensue. In 2016 retiring from hospital nursing Jeanne ran a business through Airbnb out of her home and worked 4 yrs in home health. In 2020 at 65 y/0 after retiring enrolled into the Bachelor’s Program at the University of Metaphysics in Sedona for her Bachelor’s Degree. After the birth of her youngest son she realized there seem to be cycles and patterns in relationships that led her to a 20 year span where she made the decision not to have any intimate relationships. “Then it happened. “ I was working full-time in critical care, building my dream home as an owner builder and I met someone who turned my life upside down. It was a typical Empath/ narcissistic Relationship! “What I experienced in my life and relationships has brought me to a place of inner self realization, shadow work, healing and a deep understanding of life.” A true healer heals themselves first before they heal others. “What follows is my healing journey which consisted of getting in-touch with What is this world? Who am I? Why am I here? What is my purpose? The following pages are to be approached in secession as this was my journey! coming to realize no religion or science holds all the answers and may in fact detour us and keep us from knowing our true selfs and our full potential. Each of us has our own journey, filled with self realization, blocks/releases, Pattern cycles, attachment styles programmed into us! We CAN overcome emotional and physical traumas to become our higher and best self. As we all benefit from taking the focus back from the outside world! Back onto the inner self to look at our story past,present and future. To rewrite, embellish or review, in order to heal and become whole in the process of self realization. To become whole Sovereign limitless, divine beings. Finding answers and direction in the esoteric universe including, astrology, metaphysics’s, science and religion to not only answer the above questions but to heal those areas of life which have left us striving, broken and in pain. The sweet results were a spiritual awakening and a inner journey of love of self and my Creator God( higher self) which has brought me into deeper understanding of the”Creator”. Along with the connecting and life changing power we all hold and all have been endowed with to co- create a better life, world, universe for our selfs as well as all of humanity. “ I don’t believe that any one religion has the answers. But all of the religions do have truths And similarities to help us understand the big picture. I also strongly believe that religion is man-made or can be radicalized in this way can be a box to limit our soul growth. Connection to our creator is through spirit, and each of us have our own spirit, therefore our own relationship with Source of the universe. The reference to higher self throughout this website is in reference to that part of us that is connected as an extension of Source, ( Our highest Consciousness). We are all ONE Jesus said this in many of his teachings “I am the father and the father and I are ONE.” Many of the ascended masters understood this concept because it is not new. It is ancient and its roots go way back, so much has been hidden from us. I encourage you to go on your own spiritual journey become familiar with yourself and the world around you and your Creator.
